A few days before its official opening, the M24 Motorsport Museum caused a stir by announcing Lewis Hamilton as its sponsor. The museum is set to open on May 28.
Conceived as a place dedicated to the history of motorsport, M24 aims to tell the story of over a century of racing through a collection that combines historic cars, iconic items, archives, and stories from the most outstanding motorsport disciplines.
The museum will not be limited to the 24 Hours of Le Mans but will cover the entire world of motorsport: Formula 1, rally, endurance racing, motorcycles, and even historic single-seater cars.
Among the key exhibits on display is the Mercedes F1 W09, the car with which Lewis Hamilton won his fifth World Championship title in 2018.
